Pararguda albida

Family: Lasiocampidae

Pararguda albida is found in Queensland and New South Wales. We have seen this moth from September to December.

Peter Hendry advised the following on FaceBook in November 2024:
“…check the distance between the pre and post medial lines. Further apart in albida, caused by the fact that in albida the pre-medial line starts closer to the base and the post-medial line runs straighter than in nasuta hitting the costa at an angle. In nasuta the pre-medial line starts further from the base and the post-medial line curves onto the costa at a right angle.”
